Reiki Treatment (more information)
In a Reiki session, which will last approximately sixty minutes, the recipient will usually lie down, fully clothed and relax. Sheena channels Reiki energy through to wherever the client requires healing, usually moving her hands close to or on various parts of the recipient's body. Some patients report feeling various subjective sensations: heat, tingling, cold, pressure, etc. All Practitioners of Reiki attribute these sensations to Reiki energy filling energetic deficiencies in the body and aura of the recipient, repairing and opening their energy channels (meridians or nadirs), pulling out "negativity" and dissolving the blockages of "stale" energy.
There are countless individuals who have found Reiki to be one of the most enlightening experiences in their healthy life. Positive effects of treatment have been documented in papers published in several peer-reviewed alternative medical journals over the last few years. Aromatherapy Massage (more information)
In an Aromatherapy Massage the session, which will last approximately sixty minutes the recipient, will usually be undressed to underwear and will lie down and relax. Sheena using identified essential oils which would meet the current needs of the client (following an assessment of clients current condition) will use specific massage techniques which works on the organs of the body, acupressure points and meridians to improve the function of the body as a whole. The massage is different from one you would received from the beauty therapist as the technique works on the body and the energetic system so giving a body and soul treatment so the holistically you will feel very different and works on re-balancing the polarity of the body during the massage. As an addition, Reiki may also be absorbed by the client during treatment should the body require this to re-harmonise the body.
The essential oils are crucial in the massage as they are absorbed in the skin very quickly to give the best benefit for the client. The essential oils are chosen for the unique therapeutic properties which can enhance a persons health by working on specific areas and a few examples such as pain relief, releasing grief and emotional issues, uplifting or energise the whole body.

Kinesiology (more information)
In a Kinesiology a treatment can be called a balance, and the session, which will last approximately sixty minutes, the recipient will usually lie down, fully clothed and relax. Sheena will take an extensive history from the client on the first session.
The balance begins with pre-checks using the indicator muscle, prior to the client thinking about their perceived issue, which may be causing them concern or stress. Usually Sheena will move her hands close to or on various parts of the recipient's body to access acupressure points to help identify the priority areas and systems which need to be de-stressed or rebalanced. These may include major/minor chakras, meridians, acupressure points, Chinese five elements etc. Once the area has been identified, a variety of correction techniques will be used which may include, colour, light, sound, palming, affirmations, Reiki. If emotions are identified during the balance these will usually be given to the client either during or at the end of the balance.
New clients often comment, " I don't know what happened in the balance but it seemed to work and I feel light and more relaxed".

Reiki Training Available (More Information)
Sheena offers Reiki Training at all levels. She has completed different types of healing courses over the years. So these courses have been developed to give the Student who is venturing in Reiki, the best possible start on their healing journey. Reiki attunements' can also help you develop your intuition (your gut instinct) and develop yourself spiritually and to connect with your higher self and spirit guides.
The student is given a training module to refresh themselves about the materials taught in the courses. Meditations are given for Spiritual Protection and to enhance their Reiki once attuned.
On going support is offered to all students who have been attuned by Sheena to discuss, refresh and carry out practical Reiki healing on each other by having Reiki Share Evenings. It is also an opportunity for the Students to meet others who are quote: "like minded and coming from the same space” as mentioned by one the students at the last Reiki evening. This can be reassuring as another student quoted "worried about having strings cut once the course is finished" and was reassured that Sheena would continue to support them in their healing journey.
