"Sheena, thank you so much. I can't believe how I woke up this morning. My shoulders have dropped about a mile. There's no fog in my brain. I can't remember when I felt like that. I even walked better. Slowly and I could feel movement in my hips. Omg or rather Oh my Sheena!!! Lol. Ok there's a newy. OMS. And I had a fabulous chat with mum. The words flowed. No brain block. Just fluent. I can't remember when I could do that. So thank you. I have a little burgundy ring on. I think I'll stick it in my bra so it's closer to my heart!" Thank you Catherine
History of Kinesiology

Developed in the early 1960's by chiropractor George Goodheart D.C. it has been researched and developed over the years by countless others. Kinesiology has developed into an effective tool for finding where and how imbalances (stress) are held in the body by using muscle testing. Kinesiology treatments are called balances, and the client remains fully clothed. Every person is unique so there are no "one-size fits all" solutions with Kinesiology. Everyone is treated in a way that reflects and suits their needs at the time.

Kinesiology is a natural healing modality and communication tool that enables a person to access and improve how they function in all areas of their life. It is a science of energy balancing and is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology.

Kinesiology uses muscle testing as a monitor to help identify the prioritof stress and imbalance within the body. This enables the kinesiologist to detect and correct various imbalances related to their life. Stresses left untreated may manifest into some form of disease or condition - mentally, emotional or physical at some stage during your life. By using specific points on the body, including accupressure points, meridans, Chinese elements, chakra systems and more the area which needs correction to reduce stress is balanced through a variety of techniques such as colour healing, sound healing, reiki, essential oils and many more.....

Kinesiology Balance

Kinesiology is a treatment that is called a balance, and the recipient usually lies down, clothed, and relaxes for about sixty minutes during the session. Sheena will take an extensive history from the client at the first session.

Using the indicator muscle, pre-checks are performed before clients think about their perceived issue which may be causing them stress or concern. Usually Sheena will move her hands close to or on various parts of the recipient's body to access acupressure points to help determine the priority areas and systems that need to be de-stressed or rebalanced. These may include major/minor chakras, meridians, acupressure points, Chinese five elements etc. Once the area has been identified, a variety of correction techniques will be applied, including colour, light, sound, palming, affirmations, Reiki. If emotions are identified during the balance these will usually be given to the client either during or at the end of the balance.

New clients often comment "I don't know what happened in the balance but it seemed to work and I feel lighter and more relaxed".
