The aromas, which we encounter in our daily lives, can have a dramatic effect on how we feel both emotionally and physically. For example smelling stale air, tobacco, traces of fumes from different chemicals or fuel can leave us feeling unwell and even fatigued, where as being outside in the fresh air or by the sea can make us feel relaxed and can make us feel instant rejuvenation.  

Aromatherapy has been around for thousands of years and it has been studied and developed by both the East and West to enhance the benefits for individuals who use Essential Oils on a regular basis either in Aromatherapy Massage or by defusing the essential oils. 
 
Aromatherapy Body Massage - 60 Massage

The Aromatherapy Massage session, can vary from 45 minutes onwards. The recipient undress and your dignity is paramount and  you will lie down and relax. Sheena using essential oils which meet your current needs  (following an assessment). Sheena uses specific massage techniques which works on the organs of the body, acupressure points and meridians to improve the function of the body as a whole. The massage technique is  not a remedial massage. The technique works on the body and the energetic system and by working on re-balancing the polarity of the body. During the massage, Reiki may also be absorbed by the client during treatment if needed to painful areas.
 
The essential oils are crucial in the massage as they are absorbed in the skin very quickly to give the best benefit for the client.
