Sheena is a qualified Registered Nurse, Strategic Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Certified Reiki Master. With an extensive medical career, primarily within the nursing field Sheena has first-hand knowledge both clinically and personally to educate and provide services to clients around the mind body connection. Sheena’s experience has proven consistently that the mind and body have an inherent need and desire to heal itself.

 

Given the state of our modern-day society, busy lifestyles promote increased personal stress, which often leads to burnout creating physical, mental and emotional health issues. So what is the key to healing? Self-care, self-awareness and self-compassion.

Sheena offers a holistic balance of therapies by combining both eastern and western therapies, to complement Western Medicine as we know it today. When we work collaboratively with these therapies, the mind and body can begin the journey to heal itself.

 

Sheena works with preventative, informative and proactive strategies to help you on your journey of self-healing, by getting to the root cause of the illnesses you are experiencing. Provided you are willing to LET GO, a wonderful act of radical self-responsibility. Sheena addresses the mind component through clinical hypnosis, which focuses on sub-conscious, conscious and cognitive behavioural patterns. She then addresses the emotional component through Reiki, Kinesology and Aromatherapy. As a result, the body begins to heal.
